Last Art Club LLC (“Last Art Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the data controller for personal information collected via lastartclub.com (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that data.

2. How We Use Your Data
- Operating the Platform and authenticating users.
- Displaying and promoting featured artwork under the license granted in our Terms of Service.

- Improving platform performance and user experience.
- Detecting fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Complying with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies & Analytics
Essential session cookies are used for authentication. Non-essential analytics cookies, if used, will be disclosed and users will be given opt-out controls where required by applicable law.
5. Data Retention
- Account and profile data is retained while your account is active.
- Upon a deletion request: your account is deactivated within 30 days and personal data is deleted within 90 days.
- Transaction records are retained for the period required by law (typically 7 years for financial records).
- Artwork files are removed from active storage upon confirmed deletion; they may persist in backups for up to 90 additional days before permanent removal.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access a copy of personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal data.
- Delete your account and personal data at any time.
- Port your data in a commonly used format upon request.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing info@lastartclub.com.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
The Platform is available to users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians of users aged 13–17 are responsible for supervising their child's use of the Platform.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures: HTTPS/TLS encryption, Supabase Row-Level Security, and role-based access controls. No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting users, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
9. International Users
The Platform is hosted in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the US, your data is transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer and processing.
10. Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent site notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
